I have never done this before?

Don’t worry - a lot of our amazing clients have never been professionally photographed before especially not by a boudoir photographer. We will guide you every step of the way, helping you with styling/looks and the poses that are right for your body type. No one comes in knowing how to pose. It is normal to feel nervous and worry about not being a model, but we promise you that by the end you will look just just as gorgeous as the other women pictured on our website.

Who will be taking my photos? A male or female?

It is totally up to you! We are lucky to have both Jasmine and Simon - female and male photographers here in the studio and if you wish you can even have both of them during your session. Men and women typically see women differently so you are guaranteed a wider variety of images if you choose to have both at your session. If you are doing this as a gift for your husband then a man's opinion and perspective may be quite helpful for you achieving the best result for you and him!

Do I have to use your makeup artist and hairstylist, or can I do my own?

Even if you are a makeup artist, we require you to have our professional makeup artists work with you. Makeup for boudoir is much different than makeup used for everyday life. Our make-up artist will only use products that will look good on camera. There are products that look amazing in real life but don’t translate well in photos. It is also a way to for you to relax before your shoot and feel pampered – it is very much a part of the overall experience. Our makeup artist will work with you to create the perfect look, whether you want natural or glam. You can feel confident that you will look flawless. For hair-styling, we highly encourage you have our professional hair stylist work with you, but if you prefer to style your own hair then let us know when booking your session.

Do you share my images?

Our number 1 priority making sure our clients are comfortable, especially with boudoir! It can be a life changing experience, but that also makes it nerve wracking! Sometimes, you are learning how to love your body and you aren’t quite ready to share the images with the world, or maybe they are just for your partner's eyes only. These are all great reasons for not sharing your photos, and it all depends on your personal preferences! But if you are happy to share we will always ask for your permission first.

Do I have to take photos nude?

Of course not - each session is styled for what you want and are comfortable with.

Who will be at the shoot? Should I bring a friend?

The only people present will be the photographer/s, personal stylist, makeup/hair stylist. We recommend you come alone for the best experience, as the best photos come from the one-on-one interaction between you and the photographer. But you are welcome to bring a female friend if that makes you more comfortable.

What are your payment options?

Here at Sei Bella Photography we understand the appreciation of flexible payment options and have teamed up with PayRight to bring you interest free payment plans to suit your lifestyle. We also offer in house options and accept all major credit cards.

How much can I expect to spend?

Our Boudoir Experience fee is $495 and includes hair and makeup. The final cost depends on you. Once you decide how many prints you want, what sizes you want and what display options you’re after we will work with you to find the package that best suits you. We want you to feel as comfortable buying the products you love and want as you do during our photo sessions...we offer flexible packages from $999. Only need digital images? Want beautiful wall art? Albums? Maybe something more private? We have you covered! Our average client spend is around $2500 but of course you don't have to. There is a $100 non-refundable session retainer that is required to book your date and comes off the Experience fee.
